Kyoto, Japan

Here is something different. Journalistic approach. I wanted to put this on my journal but I need to resize and it will not look as wide as it is meant to be so here it is.

Last weekend , I went to Gion Matsuri in Kyoto. My companion was Ai. Here is a photo of her guiding me from the subway to where the festival was.

On another note, if you like my photography , you can always add me on myspace [link]

On The Way To Gion Matsuri by *hakanphotography Something I just don't see in La-La-Land ... unless it's "Pride weekend." That's what I love about this place ... I get to see cool sh*t and I don't even have to leave my laptop! (Suggested by `equivoque and Featured by `cweeks)

This is amazing! The angle is very cool, and something about the color scheme really strikes me, too.

Hey another nice shot. I really like the ones you have been doing in tokyo. Just curious, did you use a graduated filter on this one or is it a way that you processed the shot that made it like this?

I was in Kyoto last year for Gion Matsuri. We wore kimonos/ucatas. I'm sure you had a great time. Great work btw.

I wish my cam could have that fish-eye thing.. :( It looks cool! Its clean and new (clean wall that reflects) and same time old since the photo is that colored. I like it very much! Good job :)

Meet me in 2046.
:iconlikeadream:
I know they aer the friendliest :D, But it was her choice to break the friendship. She basically told me in email when i got home, It was nice to meet you but i have to go, i hope you have a good life. dont try and contact me.
Im not evan sure on the reasons why....

Since then i think she moved to america, changed her email/ her website etc. All i have is her old address now. Ive been speachless since then....

The only thing i can think of is that i was too friendly..... towards the begining which might have messed up her feelings a little... argh

I dunno, Im gona go back to japan next year, start fresh.

16mm eye you still on the 20d?
